| 1 | c | Sugar |
| 2 | tb | Cinnamon |
| 1 1/2 | ts | Baking powder |
| 1 | lg | Box - instant vanilla or ? pudding mix |
| 3 | | Eggs |
| 1/2 | c | Milk |
| 1/2 | ts | Salt |
| 2 | c | Flour |
| 1 | ts | Vanilla |
| 1/2 | ts | Baking soda |
Pour starter into a nonmetalic bowl. add all other ingredients. Mix with a
wood spoon. Pour mixture into two greased, sugared loaf pans. Sprinkle top
with cinnamon-sugar mix. Bake for one hour at 325 deg f. Cool in pans for
10 minutes and then remove and cool completely.
